Thank you for shopping with Polivik! We are excited to deliver your apparel directly from our base in Ukraine to your address in the United States. Please review our shipping policy carefully, as our international logistics affect delivery times and import responsibilities.


 

🌎 International Shipping Details

 

1. Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate notification with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Origin

 

  • All products are shipped internationally from our facility in Ukraine.

 

3. Estimated Shipping Times (Transit Time)

 

Due to the international nature of the shipment, delivery times are estimates and may vary significantly due to customs processing or carrier delays.

🛡️ Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

 

As an international shipper, we must clearly define who is responsible for taxes and fees imposed by U.S. customs.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: All prices on our website are listed exclusive of U.S. Customs Duties, tariffs, and import taxes.

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, and taxes (if any) imposed by the United States government or the carrier upon entry and delivery. These fees are collected by the carrier or customs authority.

  • Low-Value Shipments: Shipments to the U.S. valued under $800 USD are typically exempt from duties and taxes under the de minimis rule, but this is subject to change based on customs regulations. Polivik is not responsible for confirming the de minimis status of your order.

  • We cannot refund any charges or costs incurred should you refuse to pay these import fees upon arrival.


 

✍️ Address Changes and Order Cancellations

 

  • Cancellation: We can accommodate order cancellations only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment(i.e., within 24 hours of placing the order). Once an order has been marked as shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for shipping items to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


 

🔍 Tracking and Lost Packages

 

1. Tracking Your Order

 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can typically track international packages via the carrier's website and, once the package enters the U.S., on the USPS (United States Postal Service) tracking portal.

 

2. Risk of Loss

 

  • Once we transfer the products to the international carrier in Ukraine, title and risk of loss passes to you (FOB Origin).

  • We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during international shipping once they leave our facility. If your package is lost or severely damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. We will assist you by providing necessary shipping documentation.
