We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, the clothing item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn and unused.

Original tags must still be attached.

The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you must first contact us at polivikofficial@gmail.com.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Lisova Street, 96, Bucha Village, Bucha District, Kyiv Region, 08120, Ukraine
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged(e.g., tear, stain, broken zipper) or if you receive the wrong size or item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items are not eligible for a return:

Items that show signs of being worn, washed, or altered.

Items where the original tags have been removed.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a special clearance event.

Gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the size or style you want is to return the item you currently have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds will include the full amount of the purchase price and any sales tax paid. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at polivikofficial@gmail.com.
